USBid has been ISO 9001:2008 certified for their Quality Management System for the "Procurement and Supply of OEM and Aftermarket Electronic Components". Operation was determined ISO 9001:2008 compliant by TRC Inc., accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Registrar Accreditation Board. This recommendation independently confirms that its business processes conform to the international standard set by ISO 9001:2008.

Parts Inspection Process

Inspectors are certified through a comprehensive training program
Inspectors perform rigorous visual and physical inspections to determine product conformity to manufacturers' specifications
Lead inspectors perform daily audits to ensure a consistent superior level of product inspection
Substandard products are rejected and quarantined
Inspectors participate in continuous training programs detailing industry advances

Inspection Facility

Inspection facility is fully compliant with ANSI ESD S20:20 (electrostatic discharge) standards
Maintaining moisture controlled, bonded inventory areas and adherence to MSL handling practices
Employing microscopic inspection stations, digital meters, customized inspection stations, reel counters, and high-resolution digital photography stations

Product Packaging

Outbound shipments are packed in moisture controlled, anti-static protective packaging
Filler materials are anti-static and provide vibration and shock dissipation
When applicable, original manufacturer sealed packaging is preserved
Outbound shipments occur every weekday with UPS and FedEx for global delivery
