What does USBid do?

Since 1998, USBid has been helping companies with electronic component shortages, specializing in hard-to-find and obsolete parts.

With 50+ million products from 1,000+ vendors, we are your window into the world's supply of OEM excess inventory.

Let us be your one-stop destination to search, find and but hard-to-find, obsolete and long lead-time product at 10-30% savings on select components versus other websites.

You search for a part, submit a request for quote, and we do the rest. We will source the parts, get the best pricing and delivery available, and email a quote to you. If you like our offer, you provide us with a purchase order.

How do I request a quote?

This site streamlines the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Here's what happens:

What is the minimum order size?

Our suppliers require a $400 minimum order per line item.

How long before delivery from the point I place an order?

In most cases, parts are received in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Product from domestic suppliers is usually delivered three (3) days after we receive your order. International (outside the United States) suppliers require 7-10 days.

How do I know the parts will be what I ordered?

USBid's quality assurance team carefully inspects the parts received for quality and accuracy per your order. Any discrepancies result in the products being returned to the supplier at no expense to you.

What is the warranty?

A thirty (30) day warranty to the manufacturer's specifications for form, fit, and function is provided for parts purchased from USBid.

How do I pay?

Initial orders may be paid by credit card, COD or wire transfer. Chat with your sourcing expert and you may be eligible to receive net payment terms.
